Deliveries: Please allow 14 days for delivery, although we will do our best to send your order within 2 days. Deliveries are sent by first class post.
Can I reserve an item(s)? : Yes you can, please email us or telephone the shop and we can reserve products for you, upto one week.
Can I collect my order from your shop? : Yes you can, however we ask that you email us your order or ring the shop - if you order via our website you will be charged for delivery, this cannot be refunded.
Damaged items: If for any reason the product you ordered has been damagd during transit, please inform us immediately at the shop on 0121 477 7067.
