What is Reiki?

Its an invisible universal energy, thats all around us, its channelled by the practitioner who has been attuned by a teacher to receive it, they then channel it through themselves via their hands into the client.You may experience heat, cold, tingling,tranquillity.

Do i have to be ill to have Reiki?

No, you do not, Reiki is beneficial to all, its a healing  energy that soothes the mind, heals the body and frees the spirit. It has no contra-indications and works alongside traditional medicine. It is excellent for stress of any form.

Do i have to have a belief system/religion, for it to work?

No, Reiki works on all, no matter your beliefs?

Does distant healing work?

Yes absolutely, sometimes its the best way because the client is in the comfort of their own home.I have personally experienced very powerful healings VIA distant healing.
