Usui Reiki Healing The practice of Reiki is an original method of healing, developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in 1922, which is activated by intention. Reiki’s natural healing energy works on every level, not just the physical, and promotes the body’s regenerative self healing ability. Reiki means ‘Universal Life Force Energy’. Reiki is a non-invasive therapy whose purpose is to treat holistically and to restore homeostasis.
Fifth Dimension Sekhem Sekhem healing rediscovered in the Great Pyramid in Egypt believed to be used by the priests of ancient Egypt, works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Encourages you to let go of old patterns and brings about change.
"Pure Tranquility" The most blissful treatment you will experience - Indulge yourself with a full body Aromatherapy massage, followed immediately with a deeply relaxing Reiki treatment.  Two and a bit hours of "Pure Tranquility".
Crystal Healing In this healing practice, quartz crystals, and other stones and crystals are placed on and around the body to stimulate and sensitize subtle vibrational patterns, release energy blockages, and harmonize vibrational frequencies. Crystals are used to draw and amplify light and colour to the body's aura, thus raising its vibrational frequency, and facilitate healing. The emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual effects of such work are moving and profound.
Indian Head Massage Indian Head Massage (or "champissage") is practised throughout India and Pakistan. It is probably the oldest known massage therapy and has been practised for at least 5000 years. Benefits include promoting hair growth, relief of stress and tensions, reduction of shoulder and neck pain, enhanced concentration, and the creation of a feeling of wellbeing.
Hopi Ear Candles Thermal Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candles) is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. These ear candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes. Hopi Candles may help with excessive or compacted wax in the ears, irritation in ears and sinuses, relaxing and calming effect in cases of stress, and noises in the ears, such as ringing and tinnitus.
Aromatherapy Massage Aromatherapy uses natural plants essences (essential oils), to relax, balance and harmonise the mind, body and spirit.  The treatment comprises of specialised massage techniques using essential oils blended to suit your own personal needs.
Hot Stone Massage A wonderful treatment, combining smooth flowing massage techniques with the benefit an luxury of hot basalt stones, muscle warming and deeply relaxing.  This treatment is a must of you really want to pamper yourself.
Reflexology This therapy heals the body through massaging certain parts of the foot or hand that correspond to the major organs of the body. It opens blocked meridians in the body which will then allow the body's energy or chi to flow freely. Each part of the body is interconnected through the nervous system to the hands and feet. Stimulating specific reflex points in the feet can bring needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body. This can help restore balance throughout the body.
Anti-Cellulite Massage Using specialised massage and lymphatic drainage techniques, this  treatment concentrates on the thighs, back and upper arms, although the stomach can be included.  We strongly recommend a course of treatments for the most effective results. (Course of 6 x 30 min sessions £135, course of 6 x 60 min sessions £235).
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage A rhythmic massage, which increases the flow of lymph (the bodies waste removal system), this massage encourages your body to rid itself of toxins.  It helps with battling cellulite, anti-ageing, a weak immune system and keeps your body in tip-top condition. Express Facial This half hour treatment comprises of cleanse, tone, facial massage and moisturise.  A quick pick me up for everyday life.
"Faith In Nature" Facial Using the well known "Faith In Nature" range of facial products, this half hour treatment comprises of cleanse, tone, scrub, facial massage and moisturise.  Looking after your skin the natural way.
Luxury Facial A one hour treatment comprising of cleanse, tone, scrub, steam, facial massage, mask, hand and arm massage and moisturise.  A truly luxurious facial.
"Hot" Luxury Facial Comprises of the Luxury facial with a hot stone massage on your hands, arms, neck, shoulders and face.  A lovely treatment combining the luxury of a cleansing facial and the therapeutic properties of the hot stones.
Past Life Regression Past life regression is a technique used to take the client back through time using hypnosis, as far back as previous lifetimes and then exploring them. It is a relaxation therapy using gentle voice and the client's imagination, similar to a day-dream state. It may assist in finding and healing the root cause of problems like anxiety and depression. A belief in reincarnation is not necessary for the therapy to work. The experience of past life regression is always interesting and unique.
Past Life Therapy Past life therapy is in fact "this life" therapy and deals with issues from the past in this life, as far back as in the womb. For example if someone had blocked some painful memory from childhood that they consciously have no knowledge of because it was too painful or they had forgotten but it was affecting the now, it takes them back and brings it into the conscious mind to heal it.

Tarot Reading The Tarot reader uses cards purely as a tool to help gain insight into the sitters life, which can highlight any problems past or present, that may be affecting them now, and the steps needed to assist them in moving on and reaching their goal in life.
Fast Facial (For Men) This treatment comprises of double facial wash, scrub, mini face massage and moisturise, it lasts 30 minutes and uses products specifically designed for men.
Executive Facial (For Men) This treatment comprises of double facial wash, scrub, steam, mask, face massage, neck and shoulder massage and moisturise, it lasts an hour and uses products specifically designed for men.
